Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for Motor Insurance sales and service. The role involves handling motor insurance leads, policy issuance/renewals, customer queries, and coordination with insurance companies.

• Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to motor insurance
• Generate and convert leads for new motor insurance policies
• Manage renewals for car and two-wheeler insurance
• Explain policy features, premiums, add-ons, and claim processes to customers
• Share quotes, follow up with customers, and close sales
• Coordinate with insurance companies/aggregators for policy issuance
• Maintain records of customers, leads, and daily sales reports
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in motor/general insurance (freshers with good communication may also apply)
• Knowledge of car/two-wheeler insurance, addons, NCB, endorsements, renewals
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with insurance portals
• Result-oriented with strong follow-up ability
• Education Minimum Graduate preferred
• Salary Fixed + Attractive incentives (based on performance)
• Working Days 6 days a week
