📌 About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive NDR Executive to join our logistics/operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs), coordinating with internal teams, delivery partners, and customers to ensure successful delivery attempts, and minimizing Return to Origin (RTO) cases.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze daily NDR reports for undelivered shipments.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams to resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Communicate with customers to confirm address details or delivery availability.
• Take proactive measures to reduce RTO by ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery attempts and customer interactions.
• Prepare periodic reports on NDR trends, causes, and resolutions.
• Work closely with the warehouse, customer support, and courier partners to optimize delivery performance.

🎯 Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in NDR/RTO handling, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English and regional languages.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/logistics systems.
• Ability to analyze data and suggest improvements in delivery processes.
• A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
