🔹 Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Network Technical Support Manager to oversee our technical support operations, NOC activities, and fiber field team alignment. The candidate will be responsible for managing network performance, handling OLT configuration, supervising technicians, and ensuring timely customer issue resolution.

1. 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Team Management

• Lead and manage the NOC team and technical support executives.
• Align and supervise fiber technicians for installations and fault rectifications.
• Monitor team performance and ensure SLA compliance.

1. NOC Operations Handling

• Monitor network uptime and performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot network outages and escalations.
• Maintain coordination between backend and field teams.

1. OLT & Network Management

• Configure and manage OLT devices.
• Monitor bandwidth utilization and network traffic.
• Ensure proper VLAN, IP addressing, and routing management.

1. Customer Support Supervision

• Oversee resolution of escalated customer complaints.
• Ensure proper ticket management and timely closure.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

1. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth activations.
• Prepare daily and weekly technical reports.
• Ensure documentation of network architecture and troubleshooting records.
• 🔹 Required SkillsStrong knowledge of FTTH network architecture
• Hands-on experience with OLT configuration and management
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching
• Experience in managing fiber technicians
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• 🔹 QualificationDiploma / B.Tech / B.E. in IT, Networking, Electronics, or related field
• Certification like CCNA/Networking certification preferred
• 🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile4–5 years of experience in ISP industry
• Age between 28–35 years
• Strong team handling experience
• Ability to manage both backend and field technical teams
