Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Office Admin cum Store Incharge to manage daily office operations and oversee store/inventory activities. The role requires a blend of administrative efficiency and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth functioning of office as well as effective management of stock and supplies.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOffice AdministrationManage day-to-day office operations, correspondence, and documentation.
- Handle calls, emails, and communication with vendors, clients, and staff.
- Maintain records, files, and ensure smooth workflow in the office.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist management in administrative tasks.
- Ensure office supplies and utilities are well-maintained.
- Store/Inventory ManagementOversee receipt, storage, and issue of materials/stationery/office supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain minimum stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and maintain proper documentation.
- RequirementsGraduate (preferred: B.Com / BBA / equivalent).
- 2–4 years of experience in office administration and/or store/inventory management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of inventory software/ERP will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Key QualitiesResponsible and reliable.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
