Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Office Admin cum Store Incharge to manage daily office operations and oversee store/inventory activities. The role requires a blend of administrative efficiency and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth functioning of office as well as effective management of stock and supplies.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOffice AdministrationManage day-to-day office operations, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Handle calls, emails, and communication with vendors, clients, and staff.
  • Maintain records, files, and ensure smooth workflow in the office.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist management in administrative tasks.
  • Ensure office supplies and utilities are well-maintained.
  • Store/Inventory ManagementOversee receipt, storage, and issue of materials/stationery/office supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and maintain minimum stock levels.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and maintain proper documentation.
  • RequirementsGraduate (preferred: B.Com / BBA / equivalent).
  • 2–4 years of experience in office administration and/or store/inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of inventory software/ERP will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Key QualitiesResponsible and reliable.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
