Location: Sector 27, Gurugram (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to handle day-to-day office tasks and support the smooth functioning of daily operations at Divine Hindu.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises (pantry, desks, washrooms, meeting rooms, etc.).

Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

Handle office errands such as courier dispatch, document delivery, and purchasing office supplies.

Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments.

Support administrative staff in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

Manage pantry stock and ensure supplies are available.

Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and report any issues promptly.

Handle basic messenger tasks within the office and nearby areas.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent education.

Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Punctual, honest, and well-mannered.

Ability to follow instructions and multitask efficiently.

Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
