Job Description (JD) – Housekeeping, Pantry & Office
Position Overview
The Housekeeping, Pantry & Office Support Staff is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and
well-organized office environment, providing pantry assistance, and supporting general office
operations including labour-oriented tasks, record handling, and safe upkeep of office assets. The
role contributes to smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of the workplace.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Office Cleanliness & Hygiene Management
* Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including work areas, common
spaces, washrooms, pantry, and storage areas.
* Ensure adherence to internal cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Identify and report maintenance or safety issues to the Admin Executive.
2. Pantry & Refreshment Support
* Provide basic pantry services for employees and visitors.
* Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene in pantry areas.
* Assist in day-to-day pantry operations as required.
3. Labour & Physical Support Services
* Assist in movement, rearrangement, and shifting of office furniture, equipment, files, and
other materials as and when required.
* Support disposal, storage, or relocation of old furniture, records, and office materials under
supervision.
* Provide manual assistance during office setup, reorganization, or maintenance activities.
4. Records Handling & Safe Keeping
* Assist in proper arrangement, movement, and maintenance of physical files, records, and
documents.
* Support safe storage, segregation, and upkeep of records in designated areas.
* Ensure files and records are handled carefully and kept secure as per instructions.
5. General Office Support & Conduct
* Provide courteous support to employees, visitors, and management.
* Follow company policies, workplace discipline, safety guidelines, and instructions issued by
the Admin team.
* Maintain confidentiality of office information, records, and materials accessed during the course of work.
