2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Store Cleaning & MaintenanceSweep and mop the sales floor before store opening and after closing.Clean shelves, racks, counters, and display units regularly.Remove dust from products and fixtures.Maintain cleanliness in billing counters and customer areas.B. Storage & Back Area CleaningClean godown/store area daily.Ensure no accumulation of dust, waste, or spillages.Support in maintaining hygiene around packed goods and bulk inventory.C. Washroom & Utility AreaClean and disinfect washrooms (if applicable).Refill soap, sanitizer, and tissue as required.Maintain drinking water area hygiene.D. Waste ManagementCollect and segregate garbage.Dispose waste in designated municipal bins.Ensure no litter around store entrance.E. Compliance & SafetyFollow hygiene and safety standards.Use cleaning materials and equipment properly.Report any breakage, leakage, pest issues, or maintenance problems immediately.3. Required Skills & QualificationsBasic reading and understanding ability.Prior cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred.Physically fit for lifting and long standing hours.Honest, disciplined, and punctual.Knowledge of basic hygiene practices.4. Working HoursAs per store shift timing.Weekly off as per company policy.5.
