Job Description
We are a tech solutions company providing IT and device support to corporate clients. We are looking for an On-Site Technician who has basic knowledge of laptop and mobile phone diagnostics and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client sites for routine device check-ups
- Diagnose basic issues in laptops and mobile phones
- Perform basic repair and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with office team for reporting and updates
- Ensure devices are working smoothly at client locations
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of laptop & mobile hardware/software
- Understanding of diagnostics and minor repairs
- Willingness to travel to client sites
- Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Honest, responsible, and punctual
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
