Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring a safe, organized, and optimized storage layout.
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits (cycle counting).
• Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.

2. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

• Support the picking, packing, and labeling process to ensure 100% order accuracy.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and internal delivery teams to schedule timely dispatches.
• Prepare and verify all necessary documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.

3. Operational Tracking & Reporting

• Track the status of daily orders from placement to final delivery.
• Troubleshoot any transit delays or delivery failures by communicating with carriers and the customer support team.
• Generate daily reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order turnaround time, warehouse capacity, and return rates.
