Job Description
Requirements
- Graduate (Travel & Tourism preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in travel, customer service, operations, or a similar role (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (written & verbal)
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Email, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of social media handling and creating online posts (Instagram, WhatsApp status, etc.)
- Ability to assist in content coordination and online updates
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle project coordination and task tracking for ongoing trips and operations
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Passion for travel and learning about international destinations is a plus
