Operation Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Ensure orders (from website, marketplaces, quick commerce portals, offline orders, gifting, B2B orders) are packed, shipped, and delivered on time.

● Liaison and ensure seamless communication with shipping partners of third-party logistics, Amazon, and other marketplaces.

● Address and resolve customer complaints on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email, or any other platform.

● Maintenance of adequate inventory of finished goods, packaging material, and raw material at the warehouse and the manufacturing partner’s facility.

● Monitor inventory count at the warehouse and the manufacturing partner’s facility on a fortnightly basis.

● Plans and schedules production to ensure maintenance of finished goods as per the requirements raised by the Sales team.

● Coordinates with raw material, packaging, shipping, and other vendors on a day-to-day basis for efficient functioning.

● Oversee the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

● Identify and network with more vendors and production houses to optimize cost.

● Run quality checks on all the materials, processes, and final products to ensure utmost quality.

● Design and develop dashboards that provide regular insights, offer recommendations, and identify growth opportunities.

● Collaborate with the Accounts team to ensure documentation of bills, credit notes, etc.

● Manage and train on-ground staff at the warehouse.

● Perform any other duties as requested by the reporting manager.
