Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily operations, coordinate with service providers, and ensure smooth service delivery. This role is critical in maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations and ensure timely service execution
• Coordinate with service partners and assign jobs efficiently
• Handle customer interactions, including booking confirmations and issue resolution
• Monitor ongoing services and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain and update operational data and reports
• Follow up with customers for feedback and reviews
• Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements
• Ensure high responsiveness on calls and messages
• RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, on-ground operations environment
• Prior experience in operations, customer support, or service-based roles is a plus
