Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive smooth operations across restaurants, central kitchens, and K&M supply chain
• Monitor unit-level P&Ls, food costs, wastage, and operational KPIs
• Implement and audit SOPs for kitchen, service, procurement, and logistics
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely supply
• Support outlet launches, scale-up initiatives, and process improvements
• Work closely with founders on operational planning, reporting, and execution

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or FMCG operations
• Strong understanding of multi-unit operations and supply chain management
• High ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and execution focus
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, founder-led environment
