Job Summary:

Moe Puppy is a fast-growing premium pet care brand. We are looking for a responsible and flexible executive who can handle packing operations, inventory management, scrap control, and customer feedback calling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, learning, and working in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Packing & Dispatch Operations

1. Pack products accurately as per order details and quality standards
2. Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and dispatch readiness
3. Conduct quality checks to prevent incorrect or damaged shipments
4. Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the packing area

2. Inventory Management

1. Maintain daily inventory records (inward, outward, and closing stock)
2. Assist in stock counting, reconciliation, and variance reporting
3. Update inventory data in Excel / system as required
4. Coordinate with operations team for stock replenishment and planning

3. Scrap & Waste Management

1. Identify, segregate, and record damaged, expired, or non-sellable items
2. Maintain scrap registers and proper disposal records
3. Support reduction of wastage and improvement in material usage
4. Follow company SOPs for scrap handling and hygiene

4. Customer Feedback & Calling

1. Call customers post-delivery to collect feedback and product experience
2. Log customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions clearly
3. Address basic customer concerns or escalate issues appropriately
4. Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (graduates preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in packing, inventory, warehouse, or customer calling is a plus
• Comfortable speaking with customers in Hindi and basic English
• Basic knowledge of Excel, inventory sheets, or order lists
• Ability to multitask across operations and customer interaction
