Packing Executive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Executive to handle picking, packing, and dispatch preparation of diagnostic kits and instruments. The role involves ensuring accurate order fulfillment, safe packaging, and timely coordination with dispatch and logistics teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Picking & PackingPick diagnostic kits, reagents, and instruments as per order sheet/invoice
• Ensure correct product, quantity, and batch selection
• Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit
• Dispatch PreparationLabel packages with required details (customer name, address, invoice, etc.)
• Prepare shipment-ready cartons as per courier/logistics guidelines
• Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for timely handover
• Inventory HandlingMaintain proper arrangement of stock in the warehouse
• Assist in stock counting and periodic inventory checks
• Report low stock, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor
• Quality & ComplianceEnsure proper handling of sensitive diagnostic reagents and instruments
• Follow SOPs for packaging, especially for fragile or temperature-sensitive items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area
• DocumentationVerify invoices, packing lists, and dispatch records
• Maintain basic records of packed and dispatched orders
