Packing Supervisor

We are looking for a Packing Supervisor to oversee and ensure accurate, efficient, and hygienic food packaging for delivery and catering orders. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent team management skills, and experience in maintaining quality and speed during rush hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily packing operations for dine-in, delivery, and catering orders.
• Ensure correct items, portion sizes, and packaging materials are used for every order.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and temperature control standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, dispatch, and delivery teams for timely order handovers.
• Manage packaging stock, monitor wastage, and raise purchase requirements.
• Train and monitor packers for efficiency and quality compliance.
• Handle customer feedback or order discrepancies related to packaging.
