Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other beverages to employees and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage of pantry items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, snacks, etc.
• Refill water dispensers and ensure availability of drinking water at all times.
• Clean cups, glasses, plates, and other utensils after use.
• Assist during meetings by arranging refreshments as required.
• Monitor pantry stock levels and inform admin for replenishment.
• Dispose of pantry waste properly and follow hygiene standards.
• Support basic office tasks if required (e.g., delivering files, assisting admin staff).
