Part-Time Construction Consultant

🔹 Job Type:Part-Time (1-2 visits per week)

🔹 Site Location: DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon

🔹 We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to oversee and guide construction work at our residential project sites. This is a part-time role suitable for experienced professionals who can visit the site a few times a week and help with planning, quality checks, and audit.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Review ongoing construction work at site (RCC, masonry, finishing, etc.)
• Guide site supervisor on work planning
• Audit quality of work and execution
• Identify mistakes and suggest corrections
• Help plan sequence of work and material requirements

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 15–25 years experience in building construction
• Strong practical knowledge of site execution
• Experience handling residential projects preferred
• Ability to visit site 1-2 times per week
• Should be comfortable guiding junior staff

🔹 Ideal Candidate: Semi-retired / freelance civil engineer

• Previously worked as Site Engineer / Project Manager / Contractor
• Practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented

🔹 Compensation: Flexible (monthly retainer or per visit basis)
