Pastry Chef

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to prepare a variety of desserts, baked goods, and pastries. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, desserts, cakes, and breads
• Develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menu items
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Monitor stock levels and manage ingredient inventory
• Work closely with the kitchen team to meet daily production needs
• Follow food safety regulations and kitchen SOPs
