Patient Care

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and report abnormalities to nursing staff.
• Help patients move, walk, or use wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and common areas.
• Ensure timely shifting of patients for tests, procedures, and doctor rounds.
• Support nursing staff in clinical procedures and basic medical care as directed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities in records or systems.
• Respond promptly to patient calls and assist with comfort measures.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety policies.

Experienced as Patient Care/GDA is mandatory.
