Patient Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities -

• Ensure excellent patient care and service at all times
• Assist doctors in patient care whenever required
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all equipment available in the hospital
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth OPD operations
• Prepare surgical lists and coordinate with surgeons and OT staff
• Handle IPD & OPD billing processes
• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative follow-ups, care, and patient instructions
• Counsel patients referred or recommended for surgeries and procedures
• Provide end-to-end patient handholding for surgical procedures
• Screen patient attendants to the primary check-ups
• Collect and manage Google reviews for patient feedback
• Handle procedure billing accurately
• Prepare discharge summaries
• Register Maintanance
