Job Overview :We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, is data-savvy, and thrives on achieving tangible business outcomes.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad copy, creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structure.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and CAC.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ads and landing pages.
  • Allocate budgets effectively across channels based on performance data and business priorities.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing attribution tools to gain actionable insights.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience managing PPC, display, social, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, and other analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Knowledge of attribution models and marketing funnels.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience with tools like Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or Mixpanel.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
