Performance Marketer

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns to drive measurable growth. The role focuses on ROI-driven marketing across paid social and search platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns
• Manage paid social advertising with a focus on lead generation and conversions
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and other KPIs
• Use digital marketing tools for tracking, analytics, and reporting
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Optimize funnels and conversion rates for web campaigns
• Prepare clear performance reports and actionable insights
• Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Facebook Ads
• Solid understanding of Performance Marketing metrics
• Experience in Paid Social Advertising strategies
• Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (GA, Meta Pixel, GTM preferred)
• Data-driven mindset with strong optimization skills
• Nice to HaveExperience with multiple client accounts or agency setup
• Basic understanding of landing page CRO
• Knowledge of remarketing and audience segmentation
