Job Description:

We are looking for performance-driven individuals to manage and optimize PPC campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads for our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other digital channels

·         Perform in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to ensure maximum ad reach and ROI

·         Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with design teams for creatives

·         Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-backed optimizations

·         Conduct A/B testing to refine ad effectiveness and improve conversion rates

·         Manage campaign budgets effectively and meet monthly lead generation targets

·         Track, report, and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CPC, conversion rates, etc.)

·         Stay updated with PPC trends and digital advertising innovations

Desired Candidate Profile:

·         2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns

·         Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel

·         Strong analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics

·         Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage

·         Capable of working independently and handling multiple campaigns simultaneously
