Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in driving customer acquisition, optimizing campaign performance, and managing marketing budgets to deliver measurable ROI.

This role requires a data-driven marketer who can analyze performance metrics, experiment with strategies, and continuously improve campaign outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI and efficient spend.
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through performance-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and advertising dashboards.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and digital channels to scale marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
  • Track key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications4–7 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience managing high-budget digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with D2C brands or e-commerce companies.
  • Knowledge of marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and growth marketing strategies.
