We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to our senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the executive’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Making travel arrangements and preparing itineraries.
- Screening and prioritizing emails and phone calls.
- Assisting in personal errands and other administrative tasks as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion at all times.
- Coordinating with other departments and external contacts as needed.
