Job Title: Personal Service Ambassador – Affluent Credit Cards

Location: Gurgaon (JMD Tower)

Department: Customer Service – Premium Credit Cards

Salary Range: ₹5 LPA – ₹10 LPA

About the Role: We’re hiring an experienced Personal Service Ambassador (PSA) to deliver world-class service to our affluent credit card customers. This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional communication skills, client-handling experience, and a passion for creating premium customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:✅ Build strong relationships with high-value clients and ensure an exceptional service journey.

✅ Handle end-to-end customer queries, providing personalized attention and swift resolutions.

✅ Deliver premium concierge & lifestyle management services (hotel bookings, events, travel, rewards, etc.).

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Operations, Tech) to ensure seamless support.

✅ Conduct meet-and-greet sessions, assist clients with inquiries, and maintain accurate service records.

Who Can Apply:🎓 Education: Graduate or above

💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles (Premium Credit Cards / Hospitality / Airlines / Concierge Services preferred)

🗣️ Communication: Excellent English & Hindi; regional language is a plus

🚗 Mobility: Should be comfortable visiting clients when required
