Phone Banking Officer

Designation: Apprentice Trainee

Scheme: NATS (Government Apprenticeship)

Shift time :- Rotational time

Week off :- Rotational off

This is a 6-month apprenticeship role under the Government NATS Scheme

Monthly stipend: ₹16,500 during the apprenticeship period

After completion of 6 months, candidates will receive a Government Certificate

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Department will be credit card customer service.

Provide accurate information related to banking products and services.

Resolve queries and escalate issues when required.

Maintain customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality service.

Promoting and Upselling banking products over the call is mandatory.

Required Skills :

Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable).

Basic computer proficiency.

Ability to handle customer queries over the phone.

Problem-solving attitude, and customer-centric approach.

Shift Time

Female – 7:00am to 7:00pm { 8.5 Hrs. Shift in between)

Male- 11:00am to 8:00 pm/2:30pm to 11:00 pm
