Profile – Phone Banking Officer-

Role and Responsibilities
• For Captive contact Centre of a premium bank.
• Handle customer inquiries over the phone and generate revenue by cross selling banking products.
• Monthly income target based performance evaluation by upselling/promoting the banking product.
Inbound Voice process
Fixed salary with Incentives
Salary – Upto - 28k Gross |Incentives upto 14k
Shift Time –
Female – 7:00 am to 7:00 pm { 8.5 Hrs. Shift)
Male – 11:00 am to 8:00 pm/2:30pm to 11:00 pm
