The Picker Loader is responsible for picking items from the warehouse as per orders and loading them safely for dispatch. The role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and proper handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities Pick products according to order sheets or system instructions Check items for correct quantity and quality Pack and prepare items for shipment Load goods onto delivery vehicles safely Follow safety guidelines while handling materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor

Requirements Basic reading and counting skills Ability to lift heavy items (as required) Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications (Optional)Previous warehouse or logistics experience Basic knowledge of inventory systems
