Job Title: Picker / Packer

Location: Zepto Store – Sector 24, V Block, DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Picking items for customer orders by scanning products through a handheld device

• Accurate packing of orders and placing them in the assigned delivery bin

• Maintaining proper inventory handling and stock accuracy

• Putaway of inventory when new stock arrives at the store

• Ensuring speed, accuracy, and quality while picking and packing orders

• Following store processes and safety guidelines

Salary Structure:

• Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 per month

• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 (subject to 4 week offs per month)

• Overtime (OT): ₹100 per hour

• Performance-Based Incentive: Up to ₹1,000

• Festival Incentives: As applicable

Important Notes:

• 4 week offs per month are provided

• Week offs are not allowed on Saturdays, Sundays, or festivals

• Week off dates will be decided by the DHM

• If a candidate works on a scheduled week off (with consent), that day’s salary will be paid double
