Film Your Film is looking for a highly organized and creative Post Producer who can lead the post-production process from edit to final delivery. Role OverviewThe Post Producer will be responsible for overseeing the entire post-production pipeline, coordinating with editors, designers, and sound teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and at the highest creative quality.

You will act as the bridge between the creative team, editors, and clients, ensuring smooth execution of all post-production deliverables.

Key ResponsibilitiesPost Production Management

• Manage and supervise the entire post-production workflow across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with editors, motion designers, sound designers, and colorists.
• Ensure projects meet creative, technical, and deadline requirements.

Team Leadership

• Lead the post-production team and assign tasks effectively.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot creative or technical challenges during post.

Technical Oversight

• Work closely with editors using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Oversee motion graphics and animations created in Adobe After Effects.
• Support teams working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (basic understanding required).
• Ensure correct file management, project organization, and version control.

Creative Supervision

• Maintain the creative quality of edits and motion graphics.
• Provide constructive feedback to editors and designers.
• Help shape storytelling through editing and visual elements.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as the primary coordinator between clients, directors, and the post team.
• Ensure clear communication of feedback and revisions.
• Maintain smooth collaboration across departments.
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of video editing workflows
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Good understanding of filmmaking and post-production processes
• Ability to solve problems quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously
