We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for our prospective clients.


The Role:

As a Pre-Sales Executive / Tele sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to qualify and nurture leads, ensuring a strong sales pipeline for our on-field sales team. You will be the voice of Swastik Shelters, providing initial information, understanding client needs, and building rapport. This role is crucial for our growth and requires a sharp, proactive individual with excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries from various channels, including phone calls, emails, website forms, and social media.
  • Client Communication: Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment goals.
  • Lead Qualification: Accurately qualify leads based on a defined set of criteria to determine their readiness for a site visit or detailed discussion.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all projects in our portfolio, including their features, pricing, and key selling points.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain the company's CRM system with detailed and accurate information on all client interactions and lead statuses.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate site visits and meetings for the on-field sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Follow-ups: Nurture leads through consistent and timely follow-ups to keep them engaged and move them down the sales funnel.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a tele sales, inside sales, or pre-sales role, preferably within the real estate or a related high-value B2C industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust over the phone.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is a definite plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
