Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Press Tool Designer
1. Tool Design & Development
Design and develop press tools such as Blanking, Piercing, Bending, Progressive and Compound Dies as per customer drawing.
Prepare 2D/3D tool design using CAD software.
Selection of suitable tool material based on component requirement and production volume.
Ensure optimum strip layout design for material utilization and cost reduction.
