A well-established premium play school (Kidzee Pre-School/Daycare ) in Gurugram invites applications from accomplished female education leaders for the position of Principal & Academic Coordinator.

This role is designed for a senior educator who brings grace, authority, and deep understanding of early childhood education, and who values excellence, structure, and parent trust.

Role & Leadership Expectations

The selected candidate will: • Lead the school’s academic vision and daily operations

• Mentor, guide, and elevate teaching staff to premium standards

• Foster strong, respectful relationships with discerning parents

• Ensure a nurturing, safe, and intellectually stimulating environment for children

• Uphold the school’s reputation through discipline, quality control, and compliance

• Act as the face of the school for parents and external stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Female candidates preferred

• 5+ years of experience in reputed Play School / Pre-Primary institutions

• Strong background in curriculum planning and team leadership

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Polished, calm, and professional demeanor

• Ability to independently manage a high-standard school environment

• Salary-₹ 30,000 - ₹ 40,000 (Negotiable)

• Engagement: Full-Time
