Project Engineer/ Site Supervision

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Installation Management

• Supervise installation activities at project sites across assigned regions.
• Ensure installations are executed as per company standards, drawings, and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure site readiness for installation work.
• Monitor daily progress of installation work and report updates to the head office.

Coordination & Team Management

• Coordinate with installation teams and guide them in resolving technical or site-related challenges.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower and resources at installation sites.
• Maintain communication between the site team, client, and internal departments.

Documentation & Reporting

• Ensure proper documentation of installation work including installation reports, site photographs,
• and completion records.
• Collect installation reports with client stamp and signature and submit them to the office.
• Update project progress and documentation in the company CRM system.

Project Completion & Client Coordination

• Assist in the issuance of warranty letters and test certificates to clients.
• Ensure proper handover of completed installation projects to the client.
• Coordinate with internal teams to close project documentation and records.

Service Support

• Assist in resolving site-level service or installation related issues when required.
• Support the service team in addressing technical concerns at project sites.
