Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee civil, interior, plumbing, and electrical works at our project site in Bhutan. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, quality control, and compliance with safety standards while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities across civil, interior, plumbing, and electrical works.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance to teams.

Quality & Safety Assurance

• Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Monitor material usage and verify contractor bills.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project records, drawings, and approvals.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and highlight risks or delays.
• Support procurement and inventory management for site materials.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project/site management (civil, interior, plumbing, electrical).
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, MEP systems, and finishing works.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Ability to work in Bhutan and manage multicultural teams.

Location Project Site: Bhutan

• Candidate must be willing to relocate and stay on-site during project execution.
