Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Execute and supervise installation of railing systems (glass railings, stainless steel railings, aluminum railings, etc.) for balconies, staircases, and windows.

Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility assessments.

Prepare project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.

Handle on-site issues and provide technical solutions during installation.

Monitor material requirements, site logistics, and workforce allocation.

Maintain proper documentation including site reports, installation records, and handover documents.

Support pre-sales/technical teams with project inputs when required.
