Purchase Executive

Job Description:

• Create, update, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in the ERP system.
• Generate POs based on approved Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
• Coordinate with vendors for order confirmation, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
• Track material and service deliveries and inform concerned teams in case of delays.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date PO records and documentation.
• Coordinate with accounts, stores, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Basic knowledge of ERP / SAP is preferred.

Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Good communication and coordination skills.
