About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for an interior design company. The ideal candidate will handle vendor management, sourcing of materials, negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for interior design materials .
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and build new supplier networks.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor inventory levels, track purchase orders, and ensure material availability at project sites.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to understand material specifications and timelines.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Analyze market trends and suggest cost-effective procurement solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchase Executive, preferably in an interior design, construction, or fit-out company.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furniture procurement.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/purchase software.
