We are one of North India’s fastest-growing institutional & corporate catering companies, operating a large central production kitchen (food factory) that caters to corporate, industrial and MNC clients and serving more than 50,000 + meals on daily basis. To strengthen our internal quality system, we are hiring a dedicated QA Manager for our Base Kitchen.

POSITION DETAILS

Role: QA Manager – Base Kitchen / Food Factory

Location: Gurgaon (Central Production Unit)

Experience Required: 4 – 8 years

Employment Type: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsibility of food safety & quality at the Base Kitchen
• Implementation & maintenance of ISO 22000, HACCP & FSMS
• Daily hygiene – sanitation – temperature audits
• Raw material inspection, sampling & approval
• Monitoring cooking, cooling, holding & dispatch processes
• Ensuring staff hygiene, uniform, PPE usage
• Handling internal, external & client audits
• Managing NABL lab testing coordination & reports
• Creating & updating SOPs, checklists & audit formats
• Ensuring strict control on cross contamination & allergens
• Training kitchen & production staff regularly
• Reporting directly to Sr. Management & MD’s Office

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification: Food Technology / Microbiology / Hotel Management / Food Science
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety, FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP & GMP/GHP
• Experience in central kitchen / food factory / industrial catering / QSR manufacturing
• Strong documentation & leadership skills
• Comfortable in strict, process-driven environments
