Role Overview

The ideal candidate will ensure that apparel products meet established standards and customer expectations. This involves inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, conducting quality audits of garments, and collaborating with various teams to resolve quality issues. They will play a crucial role in maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Inspecting and Testing:
2. Conducting thorough inspections and tests on patterns, fabrics, trims, samples, and finished products at various stages of production. 
3. Quality Standards Enforcement:
4. Monitoring production processes to identify and address potential quality issues. Ensuring that products adhere to established quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements. 
5. Collaboration:
6. Working closely with design, production, and procurement teams to communicate quality requirements and resolve issues. 
7. Documentation & Reporting
8. Maintaining detailed records of quality checks, inspections, and audits. Preparing and presenting reports on quality performance.

Requirements

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and quality control procedures. 
• Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously inspect garments and identify defects. 
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with various teams. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve quality issues. 
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends related to quality. 
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in using relevant software, such as MS Office (Word, Excel).
