🏣Industry: Diagnostics / Clinical Laboratory

🎯Experience: 1-5yr Mandatory NABL Audit Exposure

📍Location: Gurgaon Sector 44

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Implement and maintain QMS as per NABL & ISO 15189:2022

✔️ Monitor and analyze Quality Indicators (QIs) for continual improvement

✔️ Manage LJ charts, CV%, SD, and trend analysis

✔️ Perform Risk Assessment, mitigation, and documentation

✔️ Oversee IQC & EQAS

✔️ Conduct IQ & PQ documentation

✔️ Drive RCA & CAPA implementation

✔️ Support NABL audits and closure of non-conformities

✔️ Train staff on quality and compliance protocols

Key Skills:

✔️Strong knowledge of NABL documentation & audit handling

✔️Hands-on expertise in IQC, EQAS, RCA, CAPA

✔️Analytical skills with focus on data-driven quality improvement

✔️Excellent documentation and coordination skills
