Job Description
- To innovate, develop, and improve cosmetic and personal care products (soaps, shampoos, skincare, pet care etc.) in line with market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. The R&D Executive will support formulation, testing, documentation, and quality compliance for new and existing products. Strong knowledge of cosmetic science, chemistry, and raw materials.
- Hands-on experience in formulation and product development.
- Familiarity with regulatory and safety guidelines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Creativity and a passion for innovation in beauty & personal care.
