Legal Associate (Accounts, Finance & Land Acquisition)

Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Legal Associate with strong expertise in corporate law, accounts, finance and land acquisition. This role involves providing legal support for financial transactions, property acquisition, and compliance matters, while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on legal aspects of accounts, finance, and taxation.

• Manage land acquisition processes including due diligence and title verification.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

• Ensure compliance with corporate, property, and financial regulations.

• Collaborate with finance and accounts teams to align legal strategies.

Qualifications:

• LLB/LLM with specialization in Corporate or Property Law. (preferred)

• 3+ years of legal experience in finance and land acquisition.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
