99 Estate Pro is hiring experienced and results-driven Field Sales Executives for our Gurgaon office. If you have a strong background in real estate sales and enjoy closing deals in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings and conduct field visits to show properties
• Generate leads through cold calling, field activities, and referrals
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Negotiate deals and ensure successful closures
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate field sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
• Knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market is an advantage
• Work from office – full-time role
