Job Summary

Netlayer India Private Limited is seeking a proactive and well-spoken Building Access & Facility Coordination Executive responsible for obtaining work permissions from residential societies, commercial towers, facility management teams, and maintenance departments to enable installation and expansion of home broadband and business broadband services.

The candidate will act as the company’s on-ground representative to coordinate with building authorities and ensure smooth deployment of network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Visit residential societies, gated communities, and commercial buildings to meet maintenance teams, RWAs, and facility managers.

Obtain required permissions and approvals for broadband installation, fiber laying, and network equipment deployment.

Coordinate with building management regarding access routes, risers, ducts, and technical infrastructure.

Maintain professional relationships with facility managers and property management companies.

Explain Netlayer broadband services and benefits to building authorities when required.

Work closely with technical deployment and sales teams for scheduling installation work.

Maintain documentation of permissions, approvals, and contact details.

Resolve access issues or objections raised by building authorities.

Ensure compliance with building safety and operational policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma holder preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English (local language advantage).

Ability to build relationships and negotiate permissions professionally.

Basic understanding of telecom or broadband infrastructure preferred.

Willingness to travel locally across assigned areas.

Experience

1–3 years experience in ISP, Telecom, Real Estate coordination, Facility Management, or Field Operations preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
