Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive with strong experience in handling sales calls and managing social media marketing platforms. The candidate should be confident in communicating with customers and generating leads through calls as well as digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and close deals

Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate sales

Manage and promote products/services on social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Generate leads through social media inquiries and campaigns

Maintain customer records and daily sales reports

To call on the data base given and mantain the status on daily basis.

Maintain data sheet and put continuous reminders and follow ups.

Coordinate with the site visit team to get the site visit done for the clients.

Coordinate with the owners and stakeholders for their meetings with the clients.

To share and post banners on social media groups.

Facebook, Instagram and whatsapp group sharing of banners

Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or inside sales

Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with social media marketing platforms

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in lead generation through social media will be an added advantage
