**Location:** DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurugram

**Job Overview:**

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive with strong market knowledge of Gurgaon, Pataudi, and Farrukhnagar areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving property sales while delivering excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Generate and manage leads through various channels including calls, site visits, and client references.

* Provide expert guidance to clients on property investment opportunities in Gurgaon, Pataudi, and Farrukhnagar.

* Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.

* Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships to close sales.

* Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

* Stay updated with local real estate market trends, pricing, and upcoming projects.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales.

* Strong knowledge of Gurgaon, Pataudi, and Farrukhnagar real estate markets.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle clients and close deals effectively.

* Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

**Preferred Skills:**

* Strong networking abilities.

* Good understanding of property documentation and sales process.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
