Real Estate Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure timely deal conversions.
• Maintain updated client data in CRM and share daily reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of sales experience.
• Real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing abilities.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
